Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Lead Program Manager to join our Sales & Design Technologies team in Holland, MI. This position is remote-eligible. Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of our Holland, MI office will be expected to work onsite.



As a Lead Program Manager on our Sales & Design Technologies team, you will:

Play a pivotal role in shaping how Haworth sellers, dealers, designers, and customers engage with the tools, processes, and technologies that support business growth. This role leads high-impact programs spanning CRM transformation, AI enablement, design technologies, customer experience, and business process improvement, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, Product, Manufacturing, and IT teams to deliver measurable outcomes. As a strategic business leader and trusted advisor, this position drives cross-functional alignment, change management, communications, and adoption strategies that help translate complex ideas into scalable business solutions. Ideally, you will thrive in a highly visible environment, influencing decisions, building stakeholder engagement, and accelerating the adoption of technology-enabled capabilities across the organization.
Essential Functions

  • Lead strategic, cross-functional business and technology programs from concept through implementation, driving alignment across Sales, Design, Marketing, Product, Manufacturing, IT, and external partners while delivering measurable business outcomes, adoption, and value realization.
  • Develop and execute multi-year program roadmaps, governance frameworks, and implementation strategies for key Sales & Design Technology initiatives, including Design Automation, CET/Configura, Dynamics 365 CRM, Responsive AI, customer experience platforms, and other business-enabling technologies.
  • Serve as the central connector between business and technology teams, facilitating stakeholder alignment, driving decision-making, and balancing competing priorities to advance strategic initiatives in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities that improve sales effectiveness, design workflows, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth, translating strategic objectives into actionable programs and measurable results.
  • Translate complex business and technical concepts into clear, compelling communications, executive presentations, business cases, and recommendations that enable informed decision-making and organizational alignment.
  • Design and lead communication, education, change management, and adoption strategies that increase awareness, engagement, utilization, and return on investment for new technologies, processes, and business capabilities across North America.
  • Manage program financials and resource planning, including budget forecasting, funding coordination, investment recommendations, vendor relationships, and prioritization of initiatives to maximize business impact.
  • Oversee day-to-day program execution, including risk management, dependency tracking, milestone management, performance measurement, issue resolution, governance reviews, and continuous improvement of program delivery practices.
  • Monitor program success through business, adoption, and operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations that improve launch readiness, stakeholder satisfaction, technology utilization, and overall program performance.
  • Build trusted relationships across business functions and external partners, influencing outcomes through collaboration, communication, and strategic leadership rather than direct authority.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations Management, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Education Equivalency:

    • Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or,
    • High school diploma plus 4 years related experience.




Work Experience:



  • 7 years of experienceleading large-scale, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, with proven accountability for timelines, outcomes, risk mitigation, and executive-level stakeholder alignment with Bachelor's Degree

    • Or 5 years of experienceleading large-scale, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, with proven accountability for timelines, outcomes, risk mitigation, and executive-level stakeholder alignment with Master's Degree.


  • Track record of effectively integrating across teams such as Sales, Marketing, Design, IT, and external partners to drive alignment and decisions.

  • This position is remote-eligible. Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of our Holland, MI office will be expected to work onsite.

  • Ability to build trust quickly and influence outcomes through collaboration with internal teams.
  • Experience delivering concise, executive-ready recommendations, presentations, and program updates.
  • Experience developing and executing communication, training, and adoption plans for new tools or processes.
  • Ability to forecast, manage, and track budgets and support investment decisions.
  • Experience managing initiatives involving enterprise platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365 CRM, CET/Configura, Design Automation, AI enabled tools).
