Director of Accounting - Cornerstone Hospital - FT

POSITION SUMMARY:

Using independent judgement, while under the supervision of the CFO and dotted line to the CEO, the Accounting Director performs a variety of functions relative to the smooth operation of hospital departments; develops department goals, objectives, and standards of performance, policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or business. Two years experience in financial management in the healthcare industry supervising experience desirable. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures including but not limited to the Code of Coduct, attendance at required training and must immediately report suspected compliance issues to the Compliance Officer.

EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
B.A. or B.S. in Accounting or Business
CPA preferred
