Senior Software Engineer (Go, Kubernetes, AWS)

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead the development of robust and scalable software solutions within a platform engineering context.

* Collaborate closely with product teams to understand their needs and deliver functionalities that enhance their success.

* Engage in paired programming to foster knowledge sharing and ensure high-quality code.

* Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of platform development initiatives.

* Drive continuous improvement in system quality, reliability, and performance.

* Manage and prioritize multiple technical requests in a fast-paced, agile environment.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 3-6 years of professional experience in programming and software development, with a strong emphasis on Go (approximately 70% of experience), complemented by experience in Java, Rust, and/or Python.

* 3+ years of experience hosting services within cloud technologies.

* 3+ years of experience deploying and/or managing Kubernetes clusters.

* Proficiency with OpenTelemetry and Terraform.

* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a paired programming environment.

* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for tact and negotiation.

* A self-driven mindset with a strong initiative to tackle challenges and drive solutions.

* Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog and/or Grafana.
