STV is seeking a Vice President, CBTC & NextGen Signaling to serve as a national technical leader within our growing Systems practice. This executive-level position will lead the firm's strategy, technical excellence, project delivery, and market expansion efforts associated with advanced rail signaling, Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC), Moving Block Systems, Automatic Train Operation (ATO), Positive Train Control (PTC), ETCS, Digital Interlockings, Next Generation Train Control, and emerging transportation technologies. Reporting to executive Systems leadership, this individual will establish STV as an industry-leading provider of CBTC and NextGen signaling solutions across North America. The role combines executive leadership, technical innovation, business development, major project oversight, client engagement, and talent development. The successful candidate will be recognized throughout the industry as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert with demonstrated success delivering complex rail and transit signaling programs for major transportation agencies and operators.
