Description

WREA is hiring a Marketing & Communications Specialist in Morris Plains, NJ. The Franchise Sales and Compliance Administrator acts as a vital liaison between the corporate office and the franchise network. The position supports franchise sales from prospecting to contract completion, processing franchise agreements, assisting with Franchise Disclosure Document filing, and ensuring all data is correct and accurate per franchising rules and regulations. The Franchise Sales and Compliance Administrator will also provide support to the compliance department with administrative needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Conducts research on new opportunities and provides analysis and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Manages the end-to-end franchise sales process to ensure data integrity and lead progression.
  • Supports the sales team with report generation and data analysis.
  • Coordinates franchise sales tours whether virtual or in-person.
  • Reviews applications, runs credit and background checks, prepares the committee presentations for management, and generates franchise agreements.
  • Generates administrative correspondence for sales team and compliance department.
  • Submits invoices into our Concur database and confirms payment to vendors.
  • Assists in the annual updates, state filings, and distribution of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
  • Monitors existing franchisees for compliance with operating manuals and document collection.
  • Manages the calendars for the President. Makes appointments and coordinates company and departmental meetings, webinars, teleconferences, etc. Sends emails out on behalf of management.
  • Provides routine office support including supply inventory and ordering, filing, correspondence, and emailing.
  • Supports the team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

Education, Certification, and License Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's degree preferred


Experience



  • Five (5) years of administrative experience preferred


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Knowledge of Concur
  • Knowledge of Docusign
  • Knowledge of Mapping Software
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Team Player, ability to work well with others
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
