The Role: The Nurse Manager for the Trauma Registry Program provides leadership for a specialized team responsible for trauma registry operations, data abstraction, and analytics. This is a fully remote leadership rolerequiring strong autonomy, collaboration with physician leadership, and a deep understanding of trauma program standards and reporting requirements. In this role, you will balance daily operational oversight with high-level data strategy, ensuring the trauma registry supports performance improvement, compliance, and research initiatives.
