The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking an experienced Business Analysis ERP Expert IV to join our SAP Centre of Excellence. This role is responsible for providing functional support for SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), leading small projects, supporting system enhancements, and resolving complex production issues. Working in a hybrid environment, you'll collaborate with colleagues across the United States and Canada while helping drive continuous improvement across our SAP landscape and integrated finance applications. Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP ECC FICO modules, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
- Lead small projects while supporting larger SAP initiatives and business transformation efforts
- Partner with Finance and IT teams to implement system improvements and optimize business processes
- Support applications that integrate with SAP Finance and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve complex technical and functional issues
- Configure and support SAP FICO functionality, ensuring system stability and business continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Canada to deliver effective SAP solutions
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide expert guidance on SAP Finance capabilities
- Mentor and support junior business analysts while promoting knowledge sharing across the team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support adoption of new SAP technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related business or technical field
- 7+ years of SAP FICO experience with strong functional knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes
- Experience supporting or implementing SAP Finance solutions in a production environment
- Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), CO-PC, and FSCM (Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management)
- Knowledge of SAP ECC with general familiarity of SAP S/4HANA
- Understanding of U.S. and Canadian sales and purchase tax processes
- Experience with SAP integration across SD, MM, and PP modules
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coach team members, and manage competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions such as Concur
- Experience using SAP Solution Manager for change, transport, and incident management
- Experience working with geographically distributed or international teams
- Ability to travel occasionally to Pittsburgh Paints headquarters in Cranberry Township, PA
