Schedule 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay $22 per hour

Looking for a hands-on warehouse and inventory role in a leading manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Kitter for a temporary first-shift opportunity. This position plays a critical role in supporting production by receiving materials, auditing kits, managing inventory, and ensuring all parts are accurately prepared for assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming materials and production kits.
• Pick, organize, and prepare parts and components based on work orders and production schedules.
• Verify kit accuracy, completeness, and quality before releasing materials to the production floor.
• Conduct kit audits and identify missing, damaged, or incorrect components.
• Update inventory transactions within ERP systems and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and report material shortages or discrepancies.
• Safely stage, transport, and store materials in designated production areas.
• Support warehouse, inventory control, and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and on-time manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling, inventory control, kitting, warehouse operations, receiving, or manufacturing support preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and follow established procedures.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
