What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and visitor management protocols at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access while following established security-related policies and escalation procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Document visitor activity, credential issues, and unusual events through required reports, logs, and system entries in support of security-related operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, lobbies, and perimeter areas as directed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
