Your role

As a Quality Assurance Inspector, your mission is to audit processes and products on the production floor. You will report to the Quality Supervisor.

This is a 2nd shift opportunity. 2pm-10:30pm.

You will



  • Perform quality audits on the production floor to ensure product conformity and procedures and instructions are being followed
  • Initiatecontainment and certification activity when non-conformances are identified
  • Updateproduct inventory status in Syspro and records non-conforming product in QDA
  • Approveand releaseproduct in QDA and updates Syspro inventory status accordingly
  • Analyze, track and report audit results to the production and/or quality teams
  • Initiate problem solving and corrective action activities
  • Create instructions and visual aids to standardize work processes
  • Train and support Henrob personnel in quality related training
  • Support customer concern investigations and manufacturing quality issues
  • Participate in internal auditing systems
  • Assist in product inspection and scheduled product audits as required
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned

  • Working knowledge of quality systems
  • Certified auditor preferred, not required
  • Skills with Windows and MS Office applications
  • Experience using Syspro or similar business systems
  • Ability to maintain professional behavior in all situations
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, good interpersonal skills
  • Organized, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize assignments
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel to customer locations if required
  • High school diploma or associate's degree
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Walk, bend and stand throughout the shift, in a manufacturing plant and lab environment.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in New Hudson, United States (US). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
