Looking for Shift Lead jobs in North Little Rock where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Additional leadership, manufacturing, production, or safety training preferred
• Previous training or experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or distribution environment required
• Experience performing production, assembly, material handling, or similar operational tasks
• Previous lead, trainer, coordinator, or team support experience preferred
• Ability to train and coach new employees on production processes and safety procedures
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality standards, and operational expectations
• Ability to monitor production goals, quotas, and performance expectations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and leadership teams
• Ability to identify issues, escalate concerns, and support problem resolution
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently while providing support and direction to team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production needs
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use production tracking systems, email, and company programs
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and leadership skills

• Ability to perform hands-on production tasks while supporting team leadership responsibilities
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the assigned production area
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to safely wear required PPE and follow site safety requirements
• Ability to work flexible assignments and support changing operational needs

• Provide hands-on support to production teams while assisting with daily operational needs
• Assist with shift start-up activities, employee check-ins, and production readiness
• Train and coach new temporary employees on job duties, processes, quality expectations, and safety procedures
• Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions and providing process guidance
• Monitor production activities to ensure work is completed accurately and meets quality standards
• Support achievement of production goals, quotas, and customer expectations
• Promote a safe work environment by reinforcing PPE requirements and safety procedures
• Identify production challenges and communicate issues to customer leadership and Staffmark Group representatives
• Provide updates, follow-up, and communication between employees, customer contacts, and internal teams
• Assist with employee engagement and maintaining a positive team environment
• Support process improvements and operational initiatives as needed
• Perform production duties and other tasks based on customer site requirements
• Maintain flexibility to support changing business needs and assignments
• Complete additional duties as assigned
