How you'll make an impact: The Director, Music Licensing Operations role is a high-visibility strategic contributor that supports the Music Licensing Team with effective decision-making, project management, and execution of strategic initiatives across the department. Provides the organizational and communication framework for team members to implement the Leadership Team's vision and achieve the company's annual goals. Responsible for managing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation to ensure organizational efficiency and consistency. Supports long-term content strategy and procurement projects to ensure department efficiencies that contribute to the growth of the organization and the success of the company. Must possess a growth mindset, be a creative and a results-driven thinker, an excellent problem solver, and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage execution of key department initiatives across a cross-functional team. Must be a highly organized, polished communicator who is willing and able to multi-task while effectively displaying ownership of large assignments, as well as possess meticulous follow- through on day-to-day business necessities. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $126,600 - $195,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
