Job Title: Production Associate I Location: Orlando, FL, USA 32809 Duration: 3 months Work Schedule: Sunday- Friday 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Employees will receive one additional scheduled day off, which will be assigned upon their start date.) Overtime: Approximately 2-4 hours per week, based on business needs. Work Environment: Cold-temperature production environment. Standing and walking for the majority of the shift. Fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Wash, prep, peel, and cut fresh fruit according to company standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and staging areas. Ensure raw product storage areas remain clean and orderly. Remove empty boxes, trash, and other debris promptly. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns immediately to management. Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals. Complete all assigned duties efficiently and safely. Qualifications: 0-3 years of related experience preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good hand dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Equipment Used: Fruit peelers and small paring knives (training provided). No machinery operation required for this position. Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including cut-resistant gloves. Food Safety Requirements For food safety purposes: No artificial nails. No artificial eyelashes. No jewelry permitted except for a plain wedding band without stones. Position is offered by a no fee agency.
