JOB SUMMARY
The NAR Distribution Program Specialist, as a TEAM member within the Sales Department, is responsible for market sales in the reseller distribution channel. The Distribution Program Specialist will help determine whether new prospects are worthy of pursuit or a good fit for our reseller business model. This includes gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining the product requirements, and working closely with the sales, customer solutions, operations, product management, and marketing teams and provides support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This also includes ensuring proper account documentation is in place and maintained. The Distribution Program Specialist will deliver professional, consistent, and customer-oriented service and will maintain favorable customer relationships with distributor and reseller partners. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Aid in the vetting process of prospective reseller partners and the collection of
required credentials/documentation for account creation
- Develop and support relationships with all of North American Rescue's
distribution/reseller partners.
- Assist in maintaining proper account documentation and/or agreements as they expire or come up for renewal
- Responsible for reporting, analyzing and presenting reseller sales results as needed.
- Provide support to distributor/reseller partners to aid in sales process.
- Provide or facilitate providing product information, photos, specialty kits, pricing, regulatory and other requested data.
- Attend distributor trade shows, distributor training events and/or distributor meetings
as needed
- Support other NAR projects and key accounts as needed.
- Develop relationships and work closely with members of Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Accounting Teams.
- Maintain a professional image and TEAM focused attitude.
- Must ensure compliance with all required Henry Schein training.
- Completes all other assigned duties as required.
SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completes any tasks and/or projects assigned by supervisor
AUTHORITY
- Functions as a representative for NAR to distributors and reseller partners providing them with professional, consistent, customer-oriented services.
- Functions as a subject matter expert in market sales in the distribution/reseller channel.
ACCOUNTABILITY
- Ensure relationships with all North American Rescue's distribution/reseller partners are maintained and favorable using professional, consistent, and customer-oriented service.
- Execute day to day functions of working with North American Rescue's distribution/reseller partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in public safety, business, or related field preferred
Competency and Skills
- Possesses knowledge of the first responder/medical industry with various products
- Possess knowledge of the company's computer system and is able to access, update, and generate data for analysis and reporting.
- Communicates with other Sales team members proficiently
- Displays business acumen, performance management, organization, and presentation skills
- Identifies and resolves problems with limited supervision
- Demonstrates a team-orientated mindset and the technical capacity to fulfill duties
Experience
- Minimum of three years of industry or related field experience is preferred.

DEMANDS
Time and Availability
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours each week from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or some variation thereof
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- Not a remote position
Travel
- Must have transportation to and from headquarters in Greer, South Carolina
- Able to travel up to 30%.
