Retail Asset Management Representative Start Date: September 8, 2026 Location: Owings Mills, MD 21117 Shift: Monday - Friday \| 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM EST (Occasional overtime required) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Duration: 6 Months Work Arrangement: On-Site What You'll Do * Process client transactions including account updates, beneficiary changes, asset allocations, and financial documentation. * Analyze customer requests, identify discrepancies or risks, and make informed decisions using policies and procedures. * Navigate multiple systems while reviewing paperwork, emails, web submissions, and phone-generated requests to ensure accurate processing. Qualifications Required: * 1+ year working in a policy-driven environment with established procedures and compliance standards. * Strong critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail and risk awareness. * Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, spreadsheets, and applications effectively. * Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and basic computer troubleshooting. * Strong customer service experience in a professional environment. * Basic math proficiency. Preferred: * Financial services experience (banking, credit union, insurance, wealth management, etc.). * Associate's or Bachelor's degree. * Experience processing financial, claims, benefits, or customer documentation.
