A Taste of What You'll Do As a Lead Wine Educator at Rombauer Vineyards, you'll help create memorable tasting room experiences by sharing in-depth knowledge of the wines, vineyards, brand, and winery with guests. You'll deliver engaging tastings and tours, build meaningful relationships with customers, and help guests discover products that fit their interests while promoting wine club memberships and brand loyalty. In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting day-to-day tasting room operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You'll serve as a resource for team members, assist with onboarding and training, support service standards, and help create a welcoming environment that reflects the brand's commitment to hospitality and excellence. You'll also contribute to operational success through inventory management, merchandising support, menu updates, vendor coordination, and customer follow-up activities. When needed, you'll step in to support leadership functions, provide guidance to the team, and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures.
