FTE:1.0 , Shift:Day Schedule:Day Position Summary The Administrative Fellowship position is an 18-month, full-time, temporary position with benefits. The program includes a 12-month project-based experience followed by 6 months in an interim leadership role. During the first 12 months of the fellowship, the fellow will learn about system-wide hospital and ambulatory administration through a variety of projects in operations, strategy, finance, etc. The interim leadership role will provide experience and guidance in people leadership.Requirements External Candidates:
