Maintenance Technician

The Fort Morgan Teamis seeking a Maintance Tech to help us achieve our goals.

We Ask of You To:

This positionwill be responsibleforperforming general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment. This includes mechanical,preventativeand predictive maintenance on pumps, valves,motors, gearboxes,conveying systems, repair and troubleshooting of malfunctioning electrical or instrumentation systemsandthe recalibration of instrumentspaying attention toOSHA SafetyRules,FoodSafetyPoliciesandCompany Regulations.

You Must Have (Minimum Qualifications):

• 2years experiencein the maintenance field;Strong Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude

• Must be able to work all shifts,weekendsand Holidays

• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures

• Must be team orientated, self-motivated and communicate effectively,oraland written

• Able to perform essential job functions of the position
• Able to handle varying work conditions from extremely hot/humid to cold

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

Two (2) or moreyears prior experiencein the Dairy Industryas a maintenance technician withastrongmechanical andelectrical background along with three (3) months on-the-job experience is necessary to become proficient in the maintenance of pneumatics, hydraulics, AC frequency drives, electrical controls, instrumentation, schematic reading, welding, mechanical (sprockets & gearboxes), T/S technique and PLC knowledge.
