Position Summary: The Manager of Marketplace will support the development and drive the execution of our 3rd-party marketplace strategy. This role will focus on scaling the channel, optimizing sales performance, managing key seller relationships, and ensuring operational excellence to expand our digital assortment and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute marketplace initiatives to drive revenue growth, conversion, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new product and category opportunities for marketplace expansion.
• Manage marketplace performance against KPIs and support the execution of account-specific growth plans, pricing, and promotional strategies.
• Track and enforce performance standards and SLA compliance for third-party sellers, ensuring a seamless operational flow.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate business needs into scalable systems and fulfillment logistics.
• Lead cross-functional projects and provide guidance or mentorship to marketplace analysts and specialists.

Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketplace management, or retail technology.
• 1-3 years of experience managing projects, key vendor relationships, or leading small cross-functional efforts.
• Prior experience operating within fast-paced, high-growth e-commerce environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Skillsets & Key Competencies:

• Solid understanding of supply and demand dynamics, pricing strategy, and unit economics.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, performance analytics, and automation tools.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Action-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute effectively.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.

Salary Range: $85,800.00 - $141,900.00
