The Role: As a senior philanthropy leader, you will develop and drive strategies to achieve priority fundraising goals with a focus on major gifts ($100,000+) and principal gifts ($1,000,000+). You will lead a team of talented philanthropy professionals while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize philanthropic support for strategic organizational priorities. In this highly visible leadership role, you will serve as a key partner to Foundation leadership, board members, physicians, administrators, community leaders, and donors. Through strategic planning, donor engagement, and team development, you will help create meaningful opportunities for philanthropic investment that advance the organization's mission and long-term objectives. The full pay range is listed in accordance with applicable law. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
