Due to tremendous growth our national call center is adding experienced ADMISSIONS COORDINATORS at our regional office conveniently located in Brentwood, TN Are you looking to make a difference in your community? Position Summary:The Admission Coordinator (AC) is responsible for responding to initial inquiries associated with the Admission Center by answering calls, texts, and emails from prospective patients from across the country in need of addiction treatment. This position engages with prospective patients identifying their specific need(s) while proposing the appropriate treatment solution(s). This role requires a foundational understanding of psychiatric and addiction treatment, along with the ability to interpret verbal and non-verbal cues to build rapport and trust. Success in this role is defined by the ability to consistently connect with patients, communicate with empathy and clarity, facilitate timely and appropriate admissions that support longterm recovery, and thoroughly document each interaction in the company's CRM platform. Schedules Available: Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday-Monday off) 2:00pm-10:30pm Or Sunday-Thursday (Friday-Saturday off) 2:00pm-10:30pm Job Duties/Responsibilities:
