What You'll Do


As a Digital Workplace Engineer I, you will:


Support Microsoft 365 and Collaboration Technologies



  • Help administer and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft 365 services
  • Assist with user provisioning, licensing, access requests, and platform administration
  • Support troubleshooting of productivity, communication, and collaboration solutions
  • Monitor platform health and assist with issue resolution and escalations


Support Modern Endpoint Management



  • Assist with Windows device deployment, provisioning, and lifecycle management
  • Support device enrollment and management using Microsoft Intune
  • Help maintain software deployments, application updates, patching, and endpoint compliance
  • Participate in device refresh, onboarding, relocation, and retirement activities


Contribute to Digital Workplace Operations



  • Support daily operations of workplace technology platforms
  • Participate in testing, upgrades, enhancements, and pilot programs
  • Assist with incident, request, problem, and change management activities
  • Help maintain secure, reliable, and user-friendly workplace technology services


Help Improve the Employee Technology Experience



  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Provide professional support to associates across the organization
  • Assist with technology adoption initiatives and end-user enablement activities
  • Contribute ideas that improve productivity, collaboration, and user experience


Learn and Grow



  • Develop expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, endpoint management, and workplace technologies
  • Explore ways AI can improve troubleshooting, documentation, and productivity
  • Participate in training, certification programs, and team knowledge-sharing activities
  • Stay informed on emerging workplace technologies and industry trends



What We're Looking For


We're seeking a motivated technology professional who enjoys learning, solving problems, and helping others succeed.


Required Qualifications



  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, and experience may be considered
  • 0-2 years of experience supporting workplace technology, endpoint management, Microsoft 365, or IT operations
  • Internship, co-op, military, technical support, or related hands-on technology experience is welcomed
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and follow established processes and procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies


Preferred Qualifications



  • Foundational experience with Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, or OneDrive
  • Exposure to PowerShell, scripting, or automation concepts
  • Understanding of cloud-based productivity platforms and endpoint management
  • Experience using AI tools to improve learning, research, documentation, or problem-solving
  • Microsoft certifications such as:


    • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
    • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
    • Endpoint Administrator Associate
    • ITIL Foundation
