- Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exercises good judgment and discretion when assisting customers
- Requires excellent editing and computer skills, i.e., proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Publisher)
- Proficiency in utilizing virtual meeting and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) to schedule, host, and effectively participate in remote meetings.
- Analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Sufficient skill in typing to complete 60 wpm accuracy
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
