Ram Brand Operations Manager - Light Duty

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and results driven individual who is passionate about the automotive industry and the highly competitive full size truck segment. RAM Light Duty is a flagship nameplate for the brand, and this individual will play a critical role in helping shape the product, pricing, positioning and go to market strategies that drive its success.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and strategic thinking, commercial judgment, curiosity and a high level of ownership. This individual must be able to translate product, customer, competitive and business data into clear insights, recommendations and actions while proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen RAM's position in the marketplace.

This role requires a strong understanding of RAM Light Duty performance and the competitive landscape, while partnering closely with the Model Line Management team to understand sales trends, share performance, forecasts and marketplace dynamics. The Brand Operations Manager will use these insights to support decisions across product, pricing, content, packaging, profitability and overall market positioning.

This individual will work cross-functionally across Product Planning, Pricing, Finance, Program Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Media, Dealer Training, Sales, Field and MLM. Responsibilities include managing weekly and monthly business reporting and presentation development, supporting vehicle and option pricing, competitive and content analysis, product and package development, code guide and Monroney reviews, lifecycle actions, dealer communications, allocation presentations, website and marketing content, product training and go to market execution. The successful candidate must be comfortable influencing teams without direct reporting authority, building alignment around recommendations and clearly communicating the story behind the strategy.



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive marketing, brand management, product planning, pricing, sales or a related function
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to build clear, concise and compelling presentations for cross functional teams and senior leadership
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets, develop recurring reporting and identify meaningful business insights
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand the story behind the data and translate findings into recommendations and actions
  • Experience developing and managing weekly and monthly business reporting, scorecards and executive level presentations
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies, errors and opportunities across complex product and business information
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions and pursue solutions
  • Ability to lead and influence cross functional teams without direct reporting authority
  • Passion for the automotive industry with a strong interest in trucks, products and the competitive marketplace


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completed or working toward an MBA or master's degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Engineering Management or related field
  • Automotive brand management or product marketing experience
  • Product planning, pricing or finance experience
  • Field sales or sales operations experience
  • Product lifecycle, vehicle configuration or ordering experience
  • Marketing and/or product commercial launch experience
  • Dealer communication or product training experience
  • Experience with competitive analysis, product positioning and go to market strategy
