Health Informatics Solution Coordinator

As a Health Informatics Solution Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational support for multiple contracts/programs related to data collection, analysis and reporting. You will provide subject matter knowledge and support in the analysis of the data, the design, and development of the products or services to support contract deliverables. This includes professional communications and experience in public outreach strategies.

While this is a remote position, candidates must reside in a state where Telligen maintains a business presence. Telligen will consider internal candidates in other states.


What you'll do:

  • Utilizes knowledge to research and resolve issues in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction
  • Provides input based on subject, program and product knowledge to the business and functional requirements for software products and services, including enhancements
  • Completes tasks and deliverables on time
  • Creates and updates multiple formats of documentation, ensuring information is accurate, thorough, and follows established processes and compliance requirements
  • Provides product/Project level validation to identify issues and recommend changes if needed
  • Supports live or recorded training sessions
  • Assists with knowledge-sharing presentations
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Due to the confidential nature of the work, ability to pass an extensive background check by CMS and prime per contract requirements.
  • Four-year degree in business, health care, IT and/or equivalent training and/or experience
  • 1-3 years experience in related field
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare quality improvement, healthcare information management and/or healthcare information technology (HIT) is/are preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience working with Windows, all Microsoft Office products and other PC-based software products
  • Basic knowledge and experience with database applications, data trending/graphics and reporting tools.
  • Highly proficient with professional communications (including CMS) with a thorough understanding of CMS branding guidelines.
  • Experience working in a deadline driven environment, taking initiative, handling multiple tasks with little direction or advanced notice
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous editor with strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proven ability to adapt content and tone across diverse social media channels while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Flexibility with demanding deadlines
  • Ability to pivot direction easily

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Active EUA ID preferred
  • General knowledge/understanding about the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program
  • Federal government knowledge and experience is preferred
