Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to support enterprise technology initiatives across software development, cloud modernization, systems integration, and digital transformation programs. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that support mission-critical banking and financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business units and technology teams to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support software development, cloud migration, systems integration, and enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Assist with backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release planning.
  • Develop business process models, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system documentation.
  • Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and risk identification.
  • Support testing activities by validating business requirements and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with organizational standards.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience supporting enterprise IT projects.
  • Experience in AWS, Terraform, IBM Sterling required.
  • Experience with requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
  • Ability to create user stories, process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting financial services, banking, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems integration and API-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, financial applications, or transaction processing.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation and application modernization initiatives.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
