Role Summary GFY, an SSR company, is seeking an experienced Senior Utility Coordinator / Business Development Manager to lead utility coordination and grow our utility practice across Florida. This seller-doer role pairs deep FDOT utility coordination expertise with a proven record of winning work and building lasting client relationships. You will leverage established relationships with FDOT District personnel, Utility Agency Owners (UAOs), municipalities, counties, contractors, and utility providers to identify opportunities, secure contracts, and expand GFY's Utility Coordination, Utility Permitting, Utility Construction Management, and Utility Observation services. Candidates who have generated $500,000 to $2,000,000+ annually in new utility, permitting, or transportation-related revenue will be highly regarded. What You'll Do Lead utility coordination across Florida while growing the firm's utility practice as a seller-doer.
