Overview
The Financial Services Operating Unit (OU) at Microsoft is looking for a Director of Executive Customer Engagement to join our Operations team. This role focuses on Customer/Partner Engagement as well as Executive Communications, playing a crucial part in shaping and delivering impactful engagement strategies and communication initiatives that accelerate business priorities across the industry. You will work closely with executives, cross-functional teams, and industry stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, build meaningful relationships, and enhance both internal and external communications. This role is based in the New York City metropolitan area and requires proximity to the Microsoft New York office. Given the frequency of executive briefings, strategic customer engagements, and leadership interactions, the successful candidate must be able to regularly work onsite and travel as needed to support key business priorities. Business Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
