Mansfield Service Partners is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with early career experience in administration, transportation, logistics, or a similar environment who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on more responsibility. You'll support the day-to-day administration of our company fleet, helping coordinate new vehicle and equipment setup, maintain accurate records, and keep fleet processes moving across multiple locations. Work Schedule Monday-Thursday in our Houston office with Fridays remote. Benefits

- Coordinate administrative setup for new vehicles and equipment, including fuel cards, insurance, decals, telematics, registration, and required documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate vehicle and equipment information in fleet management systems.
- Track incoming, active, transferred, sold, and retired fleet assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, operating locations, dealers, and vendors to gather information and follow up on outstanding items.
- Maintain fleet files, driver/permit books, and other required documentation.
- Assist with vehicle title and registration coordination through the company's third-party provider.
- Process approved purchase orders and assist with vendor setup and invoice review.
- Support the administrative process for vehicle and equipment sales and disposals.
- Assist with fleet reports, audits, recordkeeping, and special projects.
What We're Looking For
- One (1)+ year of experience in an administrative, coordination, or records management role within a documentation-heavy environment.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including filtering, sorting, and basic formulas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning and working in multiple computer systems.
Preferred (not required)
- Previous exposure to fleet, transportation, logistics, automotive, or equipment operations.
- Experience with Fleetio, Samsara, SkyBitz, or similar systems.
- Experience with purchase orders, invoices, vehicle documentation, or vendor coordination.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
