Position Summary The Mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS) Administrator is Essential Duties and * Serve as the primary administrator for the mortgage Loan Origination System (LOS). * Configure and maintain workflows, forms, templates, fields, business rules, user profiles, security permissions, and system settings. * Manage system updates, releases, patches, and enhancements while coordinating testing and implementation activities. * Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Maintain LOS data integrity through regular audits and quality assurance reviews. * Partners with mortgage operations, underwriting, processing, closing, secondary marketing, and servicing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions. * Track and prioritize enhancement requests and system defects. * Identify opportunities to improve LOS utilization, automation, reporting capabilities, and overall operational effectiveness. * Analyze and document business processes and recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiency and scalability. * Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business decision-making. * Coordinate and deliver user training for new hires and existing employees regarding LOS functionality and system changes. * Communicate system enhancements, updates, and best practices to users. * Ensure LOS configurations and workflows align with applicable mortgage lending regulations, investor guidelines, and company policies. * Support internal and external audits by providing system documentation, reports, and data validation as needed. * Maintain appropriate user access controls and system security standards. * Assist with the implementation of regulatory changes and compliance-related system updates. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business administration or related degree and 5 or more years of mortgage related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Experience supporting mortgage operations, loan processing, underwriting, closing, secondary marketing, or compliance functions preferred. * Strong problem solving and analytical skills. * Effective oral and written communication skills. * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. * Must be detail oriented, organized and work efficiently under pressure. * Ability to multi-task; being able to easily respond to pressure situations and work productively in a fast-paced environment. * Strong computer skills and superior knowledge of applicable software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Encompass, etc.). * Experience with Encompass required.
