Job Description

  • Oversee and develop a robust club sports program which provides direct support and supervision to assigned club teams while providing indirect support to remaining competitive organizations
  • Coordinate program logistics including eligibility verification, roster management, and event or practice preparations for club sports programs
  • Develop and maintain schedules for all competitions, events, practices, and travel per club sports approved guidelines
  • Provide direct advisement to Club Sports Council and indirect advisement to its constituent members
  • Coordinate specific programs or support team engagement in enrollment and/or recruitment functions
  • Provide training and educational support as appropriate with specific focus on sport events, travel management, and health/safety standards
  • Collaborate with Recreation Director to establish and devise strategies to meet target metrics
  • Service to the division of student affairs programs and operations
Shift

Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm; Occasional evenings and weekends

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $53,976-$56,000 annually.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
