Department: College of Engineering and Applied Science The recruiter for the College of Engineering & Applied Science (CEAS) is highly collaborative, serving as the welcoming face of the College for prospective students and their families, using two-way engagement to turn interest into enrollment. Job Responsibilities Focus on enrollment of priority target student audiences, with emphasis on yield activities. Build relationships with prospective students, families and partner institutions: (70%)
Plan and support recruitment, yield, and student success activities and events, including but not limited to: (15%)
Strategically plan, document and evaluate yield recruitment efforts, working with the CEAS Marketing Manager (10%)
Compensation: $55,000-65,000 (Final salary offer will be determined based on qualifications and experience) Required Qualifications:
