Engagement Details

  • Part-Time / Freelance Rotation (approximately 8-16 hours/week)
  • Employment Type: Freelance/Day-Player

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality stills across diverse categories, including corporate headshots, executive leadership portraits, technical product photography (with a focus on macro shots of small components and circuit boards), facility and architectural imagery, employee spotlights, culture-focused stills, and workplace events.
  • Collaborate directly with internal producers to develop shot lists, set up studios and locations, and refine overall visual strategies.
  • Skillfully light and direct subjects to ensure a high level of executive-level polish and professionalism in all imagery.
  • Maintain brand consistency by delivering color-accurate, on-brand imagery, even under tight production schedules.
  • Complete shooting assignments and efficiently transfer raw files directly to internal teams for post-production.

Required Qualifications

  • A strong corporate and B2B portfolio showcasing polished, business-appropriate work, specifically including headshots, facilities, and product photography, distinct from purely lifestyle or artistic media.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lighting and photographing small-scale objects and technical equipment, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with both studio and portable lighting setups, adept at illuminating people, macro subjects, and products effectively.
  • A professional and comfortable demeanor when interacting and working on set with senior leadership and diverse cross-functional corporate teams.
  • Ability to work on-site, successfully pass a background check, and obtain necessary site credentials.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working on active sets alongside video production teams.
  • Familiarity with corporate production environments, such as live broadcasts, town halls, training sessions, or B2B marketing shoots.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to support short-notice on-site shoots as production needs arise.
