Are you a marketing operations maestro ready to orchestrate impactful campaigns and ensure flawless execution? We are seeking a strategic, high-energy, and meticulously organized professional to become the linchpin of our client's marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the essential operational bridge, connecting diverse teams and driving the successful delivery of every brand touchpoint - from critical product announcements to engaging platform newsletters and webinars. Your expertise will directly influence the client's ability to communicate effectively with its vast seller community, ensuring every message resonates with precision and impact.

You will be at the heart of transforming strategic marketing visions into tangible realities. By leading intake, streamlining cross-functional coordination, and overseeing end-to-end workflows, you will ensure marketing programs are not just delivered, but excel in quality and timeliness. This is an opportunity to directly contribute to the growth and success of sellers on a massive scale, optimizing processes and championing brand excellence across all touchpoints.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete lifecycle for Product, Lifecycle, and Event Marketing deliverables, including platform newsletters, webinar campaigns, and product launches.
  • Ensure all marketing assets, graphics, copy, and collateral are delivered on time, within scope, and fully aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Flexibly jump in across various team pillars to balance workload, cover capacity gaps, and adeptly manage urgent priority shifts.
  • Act as the primary liaison between strategists, channel partners, business stakeholders (e.g., Advertising, Seller Success, Go-To-Market, Pricing, Product), and the internal creative team.
  • Digest complex technical specifications and skillfully translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs for execution.
  • Proactively gather all necessary requirements from stakeholders to eliminate potential bottlenecks before they impact the creative process.
  • Confidently manage stakeholder expectations, establish clear operational boundaries, and provide constructive feedback when needed to maintain project integrity.
  • Oversee day-to-day project management hygiene, including building project calculators, setting up project boards, and maintaining central documentation for all initiatives.
  • Serve as the final line of defense for quality assurance, meticulously catching spec errors, broken links, or visual inconsistencies across all channels prior to launch.
  • Champion cross-functional alignment and seamless communication across all distributed teams, fostering a collaborative and cohesive environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing Project Management, or Marketing Operations within a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing, lifecycle marketing workflows (including email segmentation, content personalization, and campaign tracking), and Go-To-Market (GTM) timelines.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Airtable is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high project volumes and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder matrix organizations.
  • Exceptional adaptability and composure, with the ability to hit the ground running, thrive in fast-paced environments, and adjust effortlessly to shifting deadlines or last-minute requests.
  • Detail-obsessed approach to work, demonstrating exceptional precision in routinely catching small formatting errors or incorrect links before any asset goes live.
