Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + Potential overtime

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical welding training or certification is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.


Experience Requirements



  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience performing stainless steel TIG welding, stainless steel MIG welding, and carbon steel MIG welding.
  • Proven ability to perform machine and fixture set-ups independently.
  • Ability to successfully pass a hands-on welding test.
  • Experience welding materials ranging from 20-gauge sheet metal to thick-wall tubing.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong grinding, finishing, and weld dress-up skills.
  • Familiarity with metric measurements and dimensions.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Ability to inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequently work with welding equipment, tools, and fabricated materials.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Must provide personal welding helmet and basic hand tools.


Job Duties



  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel components according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment to support production goals.
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Grind, clean, and dress finished welds to meet appearance and customer requirements.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines.
