Description

Job Title: Product Control & Logistics Associate
Location: Mississauga, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Industry: Industrial Automation / Logistics & Operations
Compensation: Competitive compensation + benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Primarily office-based with occasional travel to a nearby warehouse

About the Opportunity:
We're hiring a Product Control & Logistics Associate to join a collaborative operations team supporting inventory, shipping, order fulfillment, returns, and product control activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys a mix of administrative work, logistics, problem-solving, and hands-on exposure. While the role is primarily office-based, you'll also work closely with a nearby warehouse, helping monitor inventory, support shipping and receiving activities, and assist with product returns and initial repair assessments.
You'll be trained across several areas of the department, so no two days will look exactly the same. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with Excel and technology, quick to learn, and proactive when priorities change. You don't need to be a technician, but you should be comfortable around physical products and willing to learn how to perform basic product assessments using established processes and checklists.
This is a strong fit for someone looking to build a career in logistics, supply chain, operations, or product control while gaining exposure to a growing international organization.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
*Supportive, team-driven culture that values collaboration, transparency, and accountability
*Opportunity to grow your career with a global workforce solutions leader serving multiple industries
*People-first environment that encourages employees to bring their authentic selves to work
*Strong focus on partnership, innovation, and delivering meaningful results for clients and candidates
Why This Opportunity is Exciting:
This role offers the chance to join a company that prioritizes both people and performance-where your contributions directly impact client success while giving you room to grow and develop professionally.
