About Our Client

Our client is a forward-thinking technology organization focused on developing innovative solutions and transforming how its business operates. With a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement, the company is investing in enterprise technology initiatives to support its evolving business needs.

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive SAP BRIM Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, governance, and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, SAP BRIM leads, business stakeholders, and systems integrators to keep projects on track, manage dependencies, and ensure effective communication across workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in project management or PMO support, experience with SAP implementations, and a solid understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes. This is a highly collaborative role requiring excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items to support successful program execution.
  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) logs, tracking potential challenges and coordinating resolution efforts.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and follow-up activities to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Track project scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and vendor activities.
  • Support coordination across SAP BRIM workstreams, including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).
  • Assist with testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning to support successful implementation and transition.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting processes, and governance standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business teams, IT, external vendors, and systems integrators.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or PMO roles, preferably supporting SAP programs.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and Order-to-Cash business processes.
  • Experience managing project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proven ability to develop project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SAP BRIM or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP BRIM components such as CC, CM, CI, SOM, and FI-CA.
  • Experience coordinating testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Experience working with global teams, external vendors, and systems integrators.
