Foley & Lardner LLP is accepting applications from first-year law students (Class of 2029) interested in joining the firm's 2028 Summer Associate Program in the Litigation Department, supporting our Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Foley's Commercial Litigation Practice Group represents complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts. We tackle complex issues from high-stakes class actions to defending our clients in high-profile consumer protection cases. And, we routinely win bet-the-company cases and also preserve and protect individual interests. We also prioritize training the next generation of top-notch litigators. Many of our associates gain substantial trial and courtroom experience early in their careers, preparing them to handle high value matters with confidence. 2L Summer Associate positions are available in the following offices:
Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Madison, Miami, Milwaukee, New York City, Orlando, Raleigh, San Francisco, or Tampa.

Foley & Lardner LLP offers a competitive compensation structure applicable to all positions. The salary for this position is $225,000/year, pro-rated based on the duration of employment.
