Technology Solutions Manager

Raymond West is looking for an eagerTechnology Solutions Manager to join our Sales Team! The TechnologySolutions Manageris responsible forselling and promotingiWarehouseSuite of Solutions.Responsibilities may also include receiving requests and inquiries from customers and providing product and price information, including quotations (bids). Position will include contacting customers, explaining product features, and answering any questions that customers have and negotiating prices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developorganizing,implementing, andoverseeingprograms, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure achievement ofinstallation, training, and implementationgoals
• Render decisions with respect to key department issuesimpactingoverall service and performance.
• Provide input to senior leadership for annual budgets and salesforecasts.
• Participate in Company or Department projects.
• Works closely with other departments and communicate with all levels of employees, customers, and Manufacturers both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates drive and initiative.
• Maintains a professional attitude in all matters.
• Correspond with Vendors and respond to inquiriesin a timely manner.
• Mustbe able to manage time efficiently.
• Responsible for creating sales and marketingplansto sellhigh leveltechnology solutions.
• Established andenforcesales quotas including but not limited to the following:iWarehousesuite of products.
• Labor Management software
• iWarehouseImplementation process to meet customer expectations.
• After-salesefforts to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Focus on major products likeiWarehousesuite of products to achieve Raymond DOD goals.
• Work with Raymond core sales rep toassistin product training, sales calls and project quoting for alliWarehouseoffered products.
• Achieve gross margins and profitability targets for new equipment sales.
• Grow sales revenue through existing customer base and new account development.
• Provideaccurateandtimelyinformation used for managing the business, including leads, proposals, marketing data, competitive data, sales forecasts, and expense management.
• Responsible for cultivating a team environment andrepresentingthe company by showing loyalty, honesty, and integrity.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability topresent in boardrooms.
• Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees ofthe organization.
• Must be able tomaintaineffective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments.
• Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needsdictateand willing to assume more responsibility asrequired.
• Ability to present in boardrooms.
• Must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision.
• Ability to analyze customerrequestsand offer solutions.
• Ability to multi- task
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Material Handling Experience is a plus.
• Musthave a technical aptitude.
• Product and Company Training will be provided.

Education/Experience:

Minimum Education and Experience:Determinedby position.

• Bachelor's degree
• 4 Years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel Requirement:

• 30% (10 hours a week)
• Must be able to be insured by Raymond West

Pay Range:

• The salary range for this position is $90,000 Base + Commission.The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
