We're currently seeking a dynamic Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Coordinator for our Odenton Region. In this role, you'll lead all aspects of daily operations, driving growth and program development for our PRP/Day Program.

Position Details:


  • Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
  • Flexible schedule with daytime hours, occasional evenings, and weekends
  • Location: Odenton, MD


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop program curriculum and oversee service delivery and billing
  • Supervise staff and provide leadership in program growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of new programs and services
  • Monitor financials and cultivate an environment of integrity and cultural awareness


Qualifications:


  • CPRP certification or licensed mental health therapist (LGPC/LMSW/LCPC/LCSW-C)
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • 3 years of management experience preferred
  • 5 years of mental health experience
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range:
$56,922 - $63,752 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience, as well as program size.

Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).

PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).

Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year

Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.

Health Benefits: Full-time salaried employees are eligible for benefits beginning the first day of the month after hire. Medical, Dental, and Vision (single and family), flex-spending accounts (FSA and Dependent Care).

Company-Paid Benefits: Long-Term Disability and Basic Life/AD&D, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
