Job Summary

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of Cabot's Orlando-area industrial property portfolio. This individual will ensure properties are managed to the highest standards, enhancing tenant relationships, optimizing building operations, and supporting financial performance. This role requires a proactive problem-solver and strong leader who can manage vendors, direct building operations, and deliver excellent service to tenants while meeting investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant & Vendor Management



  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee vendor performance and compliance with service contracts.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and ensure insurance compliance.


Operations & Property Oversight



  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain building safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Recommend and authorize vendor contracts as needed.


Financial Management & Reporting



  • Prepare, manage, and implement annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, including tenant billing and rent collection.
  • Review, approve, and ensure accurate processing of invoices.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial reports.


Strategic Collaboration



  • Partner with internal teams across accounting, leasing, construction, and investor relations.
  • Support investment and disposition processes by providing operational insight.
  • Ensure compliance with management agreements and company policies.


Qualifications & Experience



  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate property management, preferably industrial.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MRI, AvidXchange, SharePoint, and CR Solutions preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance.


Work Environment & Travel



  • Hybrid work model based primarily in a professional office environment.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated at a desk) for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of computers and digital communication platforms.
  • Regular local travel required for property inspections, tenant meetings, and vendor management.
