POSITION SUMMARY Coordinates the overall functioning and operation of residence life program in a residence hall environment. Also has functional responsibility within the Residence Life Office. SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred. Experience: Two years of residence life experience required. Other Requirements: Skilled in the use of personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite. Thorough understanding of the theory and practices of college student development. Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills, sense of humor. Excellent oral and written communications abilities. Well organized and attentive to detail.
