Freedom for the soul. Are you ready to join us? Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the "jewel" of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Join our team as aMillwrightand help build the world's most sought-after motorcycles. This Millwright role is posted for future recruitment needs. We will contact applicants as we have openings. Due to this, applicants will experience a longer wait time until they hear from Harley-Davidson. Requirements: Journey-level status or five years of verifiable experience required. Qualified applicants must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.Must have basic computer skills for data logging, work order management and communications. They must also possess the necessary interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Candidates must have a Journeyperson's Card or five years of applicable experience as a Millwright or equivalent trade.
Preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment, troubleshooting and repair of centralized coolant systems, supporting production of heat treat operations, and fabrication from blueprints using raw stock:welding (i.e. MIG,TIG,STICK, etc.), sheet metal work, woodwork. Other work will be assigned according to the Local USW 2-209 bargaining agreement.
