Department: Women's Way/ Outpatient Treatment Servies Position: Continuum Counselor Reports to: Clinical Director Status: Full Time, Part time Schedule: Flexible JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Continuum Counselor is to provide direct substance abuse treatment counseling services, including treatment planning, individualized support, and facilitation across the continuum of services at FTS and help ensure positive treatment outcomes and transitions between levels of care. QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline preferred and/or CSAC required. If no CSAC, then there needs to be a plan for obtaining CSAC within one year. Preference for a minimum of two years' experience in a residential substance use treatment facility and/or supervisory or managerial role in substance use treatment. Personal vehicle and valid Hawaii State driver license required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Able to meet basic standards of physical, mental health, and communication demands. Specified by State and/or professional accreditation standards applicable to this agency. Initial/Annual criminal background check, pre-employment, annual physical examination, CPR/first aid, TB test, and driver abstract compliance with agency policy are required.
