Job Summary: The Associate Director of Campus Recreation serves in a leadership role for and supports the activities, programs and mission of the Northeastern Illinois University Campus Recreation department. The Associate Director acts as the content and programming expert for Campus Recreation activities, fitness programming, intramural & club sports programs, and associated functions - leading the development of best practices and optimized usage of spaces through active leadership and strategic planning in coordination with University goals. The Associate Director oversees several full-time employees and Graduate Assistants, and provides goals and directives for student staff managers. This position also manages rental contracts and associated relationships and planning with outside organizations for use of NEIU recreational and sports facilities.Job Description:
