Clinical Nurse Coordinator - NICU - Nights

Responsible for directing unit activities and personnel on assigned shift to ensure high quality patient care, teamwork, and coordination of care. Determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, approves overtime and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Serves as resource person for unit personnel in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison, and role model for staff.

Position Highlights:

  • Hourly Pay Range: $39.78 - 67.72 . The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

  • Location: Naperville, IL

  • Full Time - 40 hours

  • Hours: Nights 7pm - 730p, varied office day hours

  • Our Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) allows us to care for the sickest newborns. 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup. Work directly with Neonatologist.

What you will need:

  • Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing
  • Previous charge nurse experience
  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse license
  • Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Certification in specialty preferred
