Field Service Technician I



  • Hourly range $17.00-$19.00, depending on experience.
  • Monthly Technician Bonus
  • Mileage Reimbursement Program


Imagine traversing the Las Vegas, NV and being the hero in every office you step into. Multiple times a day you will be the answer to your clients. This will involve bringing innovative, game-changing solutions for our client's print management needs.

As the Field Service Technician, you will be instrumental in delivering these solutions through maintaining, servicing, and repairing office equipment (black and white, color, and multifunctional devices, and more) at customer locations throughout the territory.

You will also gain valuable insight into different business units, developing your skills and advancing your career in the process.

What you'll be doing



  • Providing maintenance, service, repairs, and training efficiently and effectively
  • Diagnosing equipment issues and carrying out installations and upgrades
  • Making modifications, removing old units, and retrofitting existing hardware
  • Completing field calls according to priority while practicing good time management
  • Continuously enhancing your technical skills for field assignments
  • Rebuilding components at the shop


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. Job involves frequent bending, lifting and reaching.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in one or more of the following: technical repair and service of copier/office equipment or repair, installation, training of Photo ID systems/software, printers, ID Badge, and Fingerprint equipment. Advanced education or certification in respective areas can be used to meet experience requirement for ID Badge and Fingerprint systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with document management, MFP, and print devices and/or 6 months of Shop Tech experience a plus.
  • Good customer service skills are essential. Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work independently.
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing use of personal car while on company business.
