SRG Global is looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join our team!

This role can be located out of any SRG Global location in the United States or Mexico.

In this role you will work with the CFT to prioritize equipment launch processes while managing vendors and helping plants build a foundation of industrial engineering through a lean and value stream approach.

Our Team

You will be a core member of the Production Readiness group with the exciting mission to accelerate SRG Global's factory of the future (FoTF) through exploration and implementation of transformational technologies, to solve current & future challenges in order to create & maintain an edge in manufacturing excellence. You will collaborate with the cross functional teams and plant partners to develop automation solutions utilizing new & upgraded technologies, from RFQ development to solution hand-off.

What You Will Do
* Partner with the process platforms to analyze the value stream of new product and designing solutions
* Champion and manage new launches (through all phases) and automation projects by partnering with the plant partners globally
* Design, develop, program, and implement proof of concepts at the SRG Global plant locations
* Lead Industrialization Events at plant sites for upcoming projects
* Maintain and regularly share project timelines and updates to the extended SRG Global teams
* Develop cell layouts based on process requirements, efficient material flows and facility layout design principles
* Generate accurate capital and expense cost estimates associated with alternative equipment solutions
* Actively participate in product design reviews (CDRs)
* Standardize and maintain equipment standards

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Experience with installation and ramping up of robotics solutions, automated assembly equipment, and production lines
* Project management experience: implementing high value, complex capital equipment and systems
* Experience performing process flow analysis & time/motion studies
* Experience in Value Stream Mapping - Current & Future State

What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar programs
* BS/MS in Robotics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
* Experience using lean principles
* Experience managing and launching projects
