Founded in 1981 by MAI-designated appraiser Keith Murray, PCV Murcor has developed a reputation for providing accurate commercial and residential valuations. Our services help portfolio managers at major banks, credit unions, government agencies and non-profits make informed purchasing decisions that positively impact their return-on-investment.

Our Team

Key staff at PCV Murcor includes Murray, who continues to serve as the company’s president and CEO, Senior Vice President of Operations, Cindy Nasser, Chief Appraiser, John Hosey, and Director of Commercial Valuations, Frank Obregon. Our head office in Pomona, California houses over 200 employees, including our team of in-house certified appraisers and licensed brokers.
